We believe in a partnership approach with our clients, working with them to identify and deliver the most appropriate intervention, whether that’s a structured programme, an ad hoc workshop, management training, executive coaching, a mentoring scheme or consultancy advice.

All of our team are business people – we understand the stresses and pressures of everyday business.  For us this is an important qualifier.  We understand that many organisation owners get frustrated with the regurgitated theory based programs which ignores the real-life needs of a business.

    IMentor was born

    I Mentor was a professional, confidential business mentoring service encompassing start-ups, micro businesses and SME’s.  As sucessful business people,  I Mentor consultants combined empathy, listening skills and personal business knowledge and intelligence to deliver unique business and consultancy services which assisted our clients to deliver success.

    IMENTOR BEGINS WORKING WITH SFEDI AND POLICY CONNECT

    The UK government was looking for a national organisation to push for qualified mentors to assist start-ups and SME’s to succeed.  Naturally IMentor was approached and delivered views and project management services to the SFEDI to facilitate the development of the organisation.

    IOEE GOES LIVE

    The fruition of the work we were involved in with Policy Connect, BIS and the SFEDI, The Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs, went live, being aimed at anyone thinking about, starting or running their own business.

    DELIVERING EXCLUSIVE SERVICES IN PETERBOROUGH

    Peterborough is recognised as a frontrunner as an Environmental City in the UK.  IMentor were chosen as their exclusive leadership and mentoring delivery partner within their flagship Eco Innovation Centre – helping Eco Businesses start-up and develop.

    IGNITE PETERBOROUGH IS LAUNCHED

    Whilst delivering a full business coaching and mentoring service to Peterborough Entrepreneurs, IMentor was integral in the development and delivery of the Ignite Peterborough scheme which has supported more than 300 young local entrepreneurs (18 – 25) to set up and grow their business . Alongside offering vital start-up guidance such as business and financial planning, Ignite also operates a valuable network of mentors to share their expertise and provides office space for entrepreneurs at its central hub in the city’s Eco Innovation Centre.

    CONDUIT PSYCHOMETRICS LAUNCHES

    We launched Conduit Psychometrics in 2015 in response to requests from numerous clients to move away from the “catch-all” tests which claim to be able to address anything and everything.  At Conduit, our psychologists and psychometrists designed a range of tests and continually update the Norms that they are measured against.

    CONDUIT CONSULTING OPENS NEW OFFICES

    In addition to our London office, Conduit Consulting opened offices in Peterborough.  This was to allow closer working ties with our sister company Conduit Enagagement whom operate from the Peterborough locality.
