Psychometric testing is a series of assessments and questionnaires that are used to measure a person’s ability, personality, interest, and aptitude. Psychometric testing is now used by over 80% of the Fortune 500 companies in the USA and by over 75% of the Times Top 100 companies in the UK. Information technology companies, financial institutions, management consultancies, local authorities, the civil service, police forces, fire services and the armed forces all make extensive use of use psychometric testing.
Contrary to common misconceptions, not all psychometric solutions are complicated, in fact, we have developed our own user-friendly systems, while still maintaining precision, accuracy, and scientific validity.

Psychometrics can be an interesting way to create a sense of awareness within your organisation: self-awareness and the awareness of how others are built and motivated. It is not about “fixing” someone but seeing their natural potential, even if different from your own, and learning to appreciate it.
